Scarangella Park

Has a special significance as it's named in memory of New York City Police Officer John Gerard Scarangella, reflecting the community's respect and tribute to his service. Scarangella, a graduate of nearby Lafayette High School, has deep roots in the neighborhood, having been actively involved in Police Athletic League programs as a child.
